Thirty minutes with Ken. We can run the numbers together if that’s useful — or we can just talk. No agenda either way.

Stratton has been part of Casper since 1983, and in all that time it has belonged to just two families. Fred and Bobbie Stratton built it on one idea: take care of people, and do right by them even when it’s hard. In 2012 Ken Capasso bought the brokerage, and the Capasso family has run it the same way ever since. Today Ken runs it with his son Josh.
Their doors are genuinely open. No franchise layers, no home office, no decisions made somewhere else. A small, intentional team where agents are treated like people, supported, not squeezed.
If you’re curious what that feels like, the fastest way to find out is a conversation.
At Stratton, your personal marketing is your own. Your social media, mailers, and sphere are how you build your name. We keep things light on mandatory meetings: occasional, optional trainings from Ken and Josh when they’re genuinely useful. No franchise fees, no layers, no surprises.
You run your business. We handle the building, the broker and the signs.
You keep 92% of every commission, starting with your first closing. One flat $99 a month. No cap to hit, no franchise fees.
Walk-ins, keys, earnest money, inbound calls: covered. A professional place to meet your clients in the heart of Casper.
Ken is in the building every day. When a deal gets complicated, you talk to the owner, not a help desk.
We load it, set it, and retrieve it. One more errand off your weekend.
Professional, on-brand printed assets, CMAs, and listing presentations. Walk in with everything in hand.
Your own listing photos, transaction coordination and MLS entry. That’s how the split stays at 92.
“We’ve been around long enough to know that one size fits all doesn’t always work in this business. We’re looking for a small number of the right people, and if your situation calls for something a little different, we’re open to that conversation.”
